I started adding more things to the work out like weight lifting.
BB Accomplishments:
I have lost 64lbs in 2 1/2 years. I want to continue and loose the rest so I can be comfortable in my clothes. In one month I have lost 3 inches in my waist. Whoo hoo!

This was me at about 190lbs.Maybe a little more. I am not exact, b/c I was still gaining weight and I can't remember exactly. But by Christmas this year, I was over 200lbs. I look at this and can't believe I let myself go like that. I was bigger than this, but I don't have any pics that I can...
Short term goal for August. I want to loose 2 inches in my waist and 5 lbs. Long term Goal is to be 125lbs and fit! :)
Goal (Long):
My way to get to my goal is to watch what I eat. Continue to work out and continue to increase and add to what I do now for exercise. I have had weight issues all my life. I would to get my weight all the way down and maintain it. I want to put on clothes and know I look good.
Short term goals for this week. I said my goals for the whole month. But I am trying to do this one step at a time. So here are some short term goals just for this week:
At least one inch in the waist and I would like to loose 2lbs. I would like to see more deffinition in my muscle it is...
That is wonderful progress! I am doing the same...trying to push myself harder. I have had some busy weekends with traveling etc...so I am trying to get my diet back in check!

I am good, the usual, just trying to step it up a notch to shock my body. I looked at your progress pictures, great job! It takes a lot to stick to it, congrats on all the hard work! :-)
