Thanks for accepting! Great results of your training ! Specially ABS, biceps, chest and shoulders! Keep working as before and I hope you will be able to reach all your goals! Hos is going yout training?
ya we are one of the top conditioned schools in the state so we do constant bear walks army crawls seal walks etc.. every day with drilling which kills you
I.T. bands are irritating injuries. They tend to hang around for a while, and cause random problems thoughout a long period of time. However, with proper rehab and care, you WILL be good as new. So keep your head up, and keep training on what you can. Knee pain doesn't stop you from training everything. Hope you feel better soon.
I read that your IT band is hurt....I had surgery on mine (lengthening) and I'm fine. I guess we're all different, but good luck with it....I feel your pain.
