How I Started:
Started Track and field IN highschool because I wanted to drop some weight, got into lifting to get better at field events. Then got into martial arts and rugby in college.
Why I Love It:
Always wanted to be strong and love chalanging my self to be stronger and be able to take more punishment.
How I Stay Motivated:
Being abble to see my weights go up and being abble to out work and out fight people 10 years younger.

Goal...to get through the holidays without gaining mutch in the gut!
Goal (Long):
I want to be potentialy competative in MMA type compotition and stay on the East Kingdom unbelts squad in an affective position. I would also like to maby be able to compete in some small powerlifting compotitions if I can drop my weight and keep and improve my strength to be competitive. Some strong man meets would be cool also.
What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
Sabertoth or Lue ferigno. Lue was just so oldschool BIG. Sabertoth is huge and sort of a force of natuer!

How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
Depends. ! minut or less if trying to improve strength under fighting conditions to up to 5 minutes if training for pure strength in the benchpress.

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
1 to as high as 25. Depends if i am focusing on pure strength and have compotent spotters or are trying to get in a workout with minimum equipment and want to still be exosted and am by myself so have to seriously pre exhaust!1 to as high as 25. I am curently trying a program from the December 2008 issue of Muscle& Fitness. The program starts on page 156. This program is based on three one month phases. I am curently in week 2 of the first phase. Here it goes:

yea tell me about it, i've lost 2 jobs in 6 months because of the economic problem, ruined my christmas and now i'm sitting at home wishing i was out working...anyway my trainings going really well, starting to get a lil better proportioned, i always think i look thinner because my arms are so long and shoulders kinda big it makes the rest of my upper body look un-proportioned lol ya know..but i plan to be up to 210-215 lbs of solid muscle by June. whats ur short term goals for this year??

I don't think I really have a core disaplin but I'm definatley more accomplished in karate for winning a national championship. I just love all martial arts and I think its the greatest thing that happen to this world. What about you? Hows the training?

no fights for the mean time, jus concentrating on conditioning, maybe at the end of the year or early next year. i'm stronger and faster everyweek, with that my confidence grows. tai chi will give me more control, so i'm really really looking forward to what this year will make of me. thanks for ur interest! hows things with u sensi??
Whats the biz Sensi. I stay on the grind with these crybaby azzed clients. They want the cmmplete package but no sweat or diet that comes with getting it. Some field were in, huh? I still like putting people to the test and see what they can take. Anyway, just stop in to say waddap. And don't karate chop your clients up!
