I really dont calculate the percentage breakdown. Right now I follow a plan by Stevep78 on this site. Its mostly lean proteins, fibrous carbs(spinach, asparagus, romaine lettuce) and healthy complex carbs(oatmeal, brown rice,sweet potato etc), a TON of water, and limited fruit in the morning...protein powder before bed. Oh and peanut butter! natural style only no skippy:)
i have tried carnitine also and did not notice much effect. for me what i eat has everything to do with bodyfat! The supps are just extra boost but not the answer.

Thanks a lot man! I'm pretty sure the percentages I was takin in with the high protein, mod carb, low fat diet were around 55\30\15..around there. Just recently bumped things up a bit since I am currently trying to put on size.

Haha ya that cardio will keep you pretty skinny. I do a four day split with weights and I do 45 minutes of cardio 5 times a week. But guys are differnt then girls, if your trying to put on muscle you wouldn't want to do that much cardio. Hows your eating?
