I started to rehab my knee due to a torn ACL from playing soccer. First, I concentrated on legs, as per doctors orders. I then added upper body and found that it helped on the soccer field. I was never able to devote much time in the gym since I played 3 - 5 times a week. I played soccer for 30+ years. Now, soccer is in the past and I can devote all of my sports related time to bodybuilding. I hope to be as succesfull as many of you that I have seen on Bodybuilding.com
Why I Love It:
I love the rush, during and after a blasting workout. Keeps me energized. Working out at lunchtime breaks up the day and helps me stay focused in the afternoon.
How I Stay Motivated:
After tearing 3 ACL's I know all about rehab and hard work. I've been forced to give up soccer, so now, I will be able to devote all of my working out to body building. Keeping a log helps tracking results. Setting goals gives me something to work forward to.
BB Accomplishments:
I don't want to compete. Don't have the genetics for it. I just want to build muscle, lose fat, stay healthy, look and feel better, naturally.

I just want to look good on the beach. IS Vanity a bad thing??
Goal (Long):
Being an ectomorph, it's always been hard to put on muscle. Playing soccer a few nights a week and running didn't help either. Now that I'm done with Soccer, (at 46) I am devoting all of my workout time to bodybuilding. I want to put on mass this winter and cut fat for next summer.
I hear ya, wish I could find something to get me into swing of things again, just can't seem to find much motivation these days! I'm glad you are though!! Thanks for the compliment on the outfit, think I've changed it a few times since then ha, you know me always switching it up on ya! =]
Hey stranger, (guess you could say the same about me ha!)Well potty training is almost complete, she is doing awesome. I'm finally getting back to my normal training schedule. What's new with you?!
