Goal (Long):
Most of my life, I've been 135 pounds. I joined 24hr fitness in 2005 and got serious about my diet. Now I'm 175 lbs and climbing.
The goal is a more defined upper body and drop my waistline down to 28"
I enjoy Squats and Leg Press, but now I want to focus on my shoulders, arms and chest.
It's time to even my whole body out.
I just finished back. Pre-workout drink was SuperPump250. After warming up on lat pull, I went to Deadlift. And going heavy made me dizzy after each set. I was able to continue the next set but again it left me dizzy. After I was able to get my head straight, I went on with my back day...
I feel ya bro, eating is the hardest part huh..Stay focused, do tha damn thang..

Oh yeah. But 5 more days of "heel slides" - just 10. And 15 mins of prone lying leg extensions & knee bridges. HAH - this is a far cry from 200+lbs squatting or deadlifting. *smile*
Heck YEAH! My B-day "gift" seems like it's gonna' be added flexion allowed with the brace. I have an appt with the Dr. 9:30 Monday. I KNOW I will get at least 90-degrees. Then, I shall go celebrate accordingly. DM style. *smile*
