Why I Love It:
Eating right and exercise can cure anything. Oh wait, I am not allowed to say that! The FDA might come after me. Nutrition can't cure anything, only drugs according to the FDA.

Well, I have always been lucky to be fairly in shape. I was always under 180 my whole life. Got really out of shape one year at college. Lost about 25-30 pounds since then.

Trainer Tip - I see many people at the gym doing shruggs with a bar. It makes it easier to load heavier weight, perhaps. However, in order to focus on the Trapezius I (upper), dumbbells will be most effective, because the dumbell can be place next to the body. This is necessary in order to...

Hi how are you doing? Actually im slacking off..lol. Been busy lately and i hope to get back on track cause consistency is THE key..right? How are you doing with your workouts? Do you belong to a gym?
I have myself & all the tools I need at home to do a wide range of plyometric drills for upper body, lower body, for speed, for strength, you name it & from low to moderate to high intesnity. I don't even need the gym but my husband likes to power lift, which we really can't do at home.
I was to. Then decided to stop the cardio for a couple weeks to see if I could put on some muscle. The muscle got a little bigger but mostly the tummy! ugh!! I think it may be impossible to do both. lol
