Just started out with a couple of mates. They droped out and I kept going. Just for smth to do at first,maintain a fitness lvl.
Why I Love It:
I love pushing more weight or pushing out that one extra rep...The feeling after a great workout and its a great stress buster too.
How I Stay Motivated:
The desire to improve. The constant competition with myself. I always wanna push that little bit more.

Get to 85 kilo.. be bigger and better for summer ;) EDIT: ok, kinda missed that one, but im happy with 3.5 kilos in two months, (took aaages to break the 79 kilo mark), so, bigger and better for Xmas :D
There was an interesting post few days back intitled Will never get where I want to be without steriods. Was interesting to see how many people here have thought about juicing.. and now with Bigger,stronger,faster opinions are being changed every day.
LOL..yes eating 6-7 good balanced meals a day is harder than it sounds.. buying the right food, preparing it, then finding the time to eat during a busy day..LOL but it's necessary if we want to pack on some quality mass. I'm doing dood thanks. I got a trainer now (Vshape here) and he's definitely helping me in and out of the gym.

lol yup, training is going very well. seeing results every time I go to the gym. Thanks for asking though. Yeah, all the food can get quite expensive after a while, but it's well worth it. We had a beef farm, so all the chicken came from the store for us. lol...take er easy bro.
