Being able to lose weight over the holidays?! Man, that's tough! The best most of can do is maybe keeping the gaining from being more than a couple of pounds. Keep at it! Looking fit and strong in your pics.

Way to go. I wish you much success in your quest to get fit. Continually challenge yourself. Combine weight lifting, some form of cardio and a good nutrition plan and you will be amazed at the changes and the speed at which they can occur. Stay strong and believe in yourself and what you can accomplish.
