I often don't. Then I know I've done something wrong. I try not to lift when I really don't feel like lifting. I try changing when I feel like changing and I try to push it when I really feel like pushing it.

Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Lots of them, but rotator cuff impingements, torn ham, torn lateral head of gastroc, and then herniated discs have been the worst. The disc problem is the big one, but the torn ham and calf have definitely not been nice either. imbalances...not their form, it's their imbalanced physique.

no prob...a lot better actually...my energy's better than it has been in quite some time...doing a lot of heavy, low rep/set lifting...my strength is building back up fast...
