I've tried to improve the way I look and feel on different occasions but I didnt get satisfactory results due to bad diets and lack of motivation. This time around, I am only out to lose weight. 45lbs to be exact.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel Im one step closer to achieving my dream body and thats a great feeling to have.
How I Stay Motivated:
I dont. Thats why I have problems achieving good results. I have tons of problems that shut down my motivation.

Taken around the time I started to diet and exercise (cardio) seriously. Weight: 222. Im still not courageous enough to take my shirt off. Maybe someday I will be.
Side view at 201lbs. Gut is smaller, so is chest and arms. Much more work to be done, but its a good start.
Total transformation would be my dream come true, but Ill settle for some fat loss. 45lbs in a year seems doable, so let's hope I can achieve it or at least get close to that goal.
Im planning to lose most of my fat first and then start bulking up so Im not stuck looking like a smaller version of what I am now.

Everything with me has been going great and I have even started a Faith and Fitness group at my church. How about you, are things progressing the way you want then to?
hey why not talk to my Personal Trainer and see what he could do for you? He gives me great work outs and meal plans. I have lost 5 pounds this last week!
