How I Started:
Was short and fat, then a virus left me short and scrawny.. Had afew rather large friends who showed me the correct way to build a base, and I have yet to stop!
Why I Love It:
The ability to manipulate how my body responds to stress by slight changes in diet and intense training is more than enough to get me hooked!
How I Stay Motivated:
My daughter talks to her friends about how big her dad's arms are, how strong her dad is and such.. Staying healthy enough to give her away at her wedding is my goal..
BB Accomplishments:
Placed top 5 in two NPC shows, and plan to do it all again..

Ok, so I don't look my age.. Many of you on this board who train and eat right over the age of 35 don't look your age, either.. As we age, we look at goals and training plans/nutritional means totally different than we did in our 20's.. I'm 33yrs old, I've done way too much to my body by means...
i do it everyday, and go to gym also every day, and run 3 miles every day!!!!!! no pain no gain, no commitment you will not suceed!!!! its awesome you should try it
