I was always the skinny kid, and decided to make a change. I started off with a set of weights my parents bought me as a present. I always enjoyed training and iv always wanted to get bigger.
Why I Love It:
Working out has always made me feel good about myself, and i love lifting weights, its my way of venting and i enjoy what i do.
I love seeing seeing results, there's nothing more satisfying than knowing your hard work has paid off. That drives you to work harder to reach your goal.
How I Stay Motivated:
I reach within myself and find the confidence and attitude i need to accomplish anything. I try to push myself beyond the limits and work harder than everyone else
Im always thinking forward and breaking the mental barriers i have. Im going to achieve my goal no matter what.
BB Accomplishments:
I gained 4 and a half stone in less than a year.

This was a pic of me in Greece when i was 12. I hate this pic but its a good reminder of how i looked. i was about 110 - 112 lbs on this pic.
After a solid chest workout, some vascularity still showing on bulk.
Tough. I'm over training this week to make up for the lack of training over the christmas break. Today I'm only doing cardio though (45 minutes treadmill) then its back to 2-a-days untill next Wednesday. Christmas in New Zealand is during Summer so the weather will be cool. How's things with you!
I'm about to start workin on area's I've been avoiding so I can build my upper body more.I've been avoiding shoulder's because of any injury. but It's time to get on it.
Well I'm 41 and have never used steroid's.I have to admit I've thought about it.But at this point i have'nt really considerd trying them.I'm trying to stay lean but maybe I'll have to do more carb's.
I'm just starting right now! All the training which I do is based on the exercices that BB recommends using only my bodyweight in my room when nobody is at home because my parents don't let to go to a gym and if they see me I would feel embarrassed. My goals is having nice ABS and chest by the summer, but if like working out my be I would encourage to compete!

got new measurements! will post them all soon but I have lost at least 3.3% of bf% almost 4.1%!(right on the edge, give me another week!) down to 14.5% bf from 17.9 in 3 months! lost a confirmed 15 lbs! (18 must have been a scale glitch . lost bf in every part of me and got more proportional. pic vids and full stat up soon
