A few weeks ago I felt/heard a pop in my right shoulder doing a bench press.  Never had any issues with that before - still had full range of motion but had some aggravation in the joint.  Finally got my arthrogram results back on the shoulder and the good news is that it was not a SLAP tear...

The Labral Tear injury has me more focused now on instinctual training. I am not 'strict' with my split and lift what feels good sometimes.

My current 'loose' split that I follow is:

1. Chest/Traps
2. Legs
3. Arms/Delts
4. Back

A lot of my cardio comes from ski touring, skiing,...

Thanks...your bench and militart press aren't too shabby either! U still trying to get stronger on those or just maintaining what you have? Sounds like you have some sick conditions out there in WA. I'm jealous..we haven't had fresh snow in weeks and the conditions are poor. Have fun with that powder and your new sticks!

Thanks for the compliments...I've always had a really strong bench press and military press..born with it. Unfortunately, my legs are my worst enemy. I train them so hard but they just don't respond like my upper body. I ski Stowe all the time. How's the skiing out west where you are?

Ya no doubt I just hope that it didn't drain all in WA and bring some this way. You got any heli trips planned soon?

The first snow fall last weekend we got a little over 2 feet and as of right now a storm front is just beginning to hit. So at the moment it's not the greatest but stoked to have some. Lucky you.

Seattles a good place, i like the type of people in the NW. I used to live in Oregon and boarded @ Mtn Bachelor. Doesnt really compare to PC tho :) ... but the winter has been shitty! Stack an economic recession with NO snow, and you get a small town depression lol. Thankfully it just started DUMPING in this last week. Can't wait to hit the slopes. How u been? Thanks for the compliment btw :)
