quick update
chest has gained back most its size prior to the shoulder injury.
A few weeks ago I felt/heard a pop in my right shoulder doing a bench press. Never had any issues with that before - still had full range of motion but had some aggravation in the joint. Finally got my arthrogram results back on the shoulder and the good news is that it was not a SLAP tear...
Thanks...your bench and militart press aren't too shabby either! U still trying to get stronger on those or just maintaining what you have? Sounds like you have some sick conditions out there in WA. I'm jealous..we haven't had fresh snow in weeks and the conditions are poor. Have fun with that powder and your new sticks!
Thanks for the compliments...I've always had a really strong bench press and military press..born with it. Unfortunately, my legs are my worst enemy. I train them so hard but they just don't respond like my upper body. I ski Stowe all the time. How's the skiing out west where you are?
Thanks so much for the compliments! We got hammered with snow a couple weeks ago and the skiing was dynamite..unfortunately it warmed up and rained and we have nothing left. Have you ever skied vermont?
no man its my bad! i had to work all weekend it sucked. but lemme know the dates when ur comin and we can def rendevous 4 some gym time dude! how was ur trip man?
yeah bro... 2 yrs in a row now its been like this... it didn't snow until December! then it just came down with fury... hard to snowboard when my car wont make it to the mountain!!! i blame those blasted aerosol cans! :)
Well to be honest with ya I'm not sure if i'm going to be competing alot this winter, kinda in the rough with the sponsors so N/a at the moment. Who knows maybe all will be good but I'm deffinetely going to hit stevens shortly it's always epic up there.
The first snow fall last weekend we got a little over 2 feet and as of right now a storm front is just beginning to hit. So at the moment it's not the greatest but stoked to have some. Lucky you.
Seattles a good place, i like the type of people in the NW. I used to live in Oregon and boarded @ Mtn Bachelor. Doesnt really compare to PC tho :) ... but the winter has been shitty! Stack an economic recession with NO snow, and you get a small town depression lol. Thankfully it just started DUMPING in this last week. Can't wait to hit the slopes. How u been?
Thanks for the compliment btw :)
man ur right there! awesome progress tho! alotta people hate cell tech but its doin what its supposed to, i think it helped me out quite a bit. but best of luck to u man and def keep in touch with the progress
thanx man, ya so far so good dude! tryin to keep on the diet but i feel with bulking theres a bit more room 2 cheat, or least i tell myself that lol, hows everyhing with u man? that bicep is lookin massive!
