What is the one tip you would give somebody who is just getting started?
Slow and steady - It takes time to see some kind of progress, don't give up..it will happen with proper diet and dedication. Also if you do not know how to use the weights properly or machines ask!!! I agree on the cardio I never do any! haha! Thats the plus of being a powerlifter most of the time all the heavy lifting is enough if your diet is in check. Well good luck today and remember if cardio gets boring just lift more! haha!;) Nice new picture by the way!
