When I Started:
May, 2007
How I Started:
I was disgusted with myself after seeing pictures taken of me at a friend’s wedding on May 27, 2007. I looked at myself in the mirror and I told myself the truth that I was Over-weight, Lonely, and have no Self-Esteem. I spend a lot of money on doctor visits and medication, because got Sick Easily. My mind shifted as I imagined how I would look 10 years, 20 years from now if I don’t make any small daily changes. The price I would have to pay within the next 10 years, 20 years down the road.
Why I Love It:
Supreme Self Confident
To have the Health and Energy for Life
To have the Body that I Deserve
To have the Body for Life
To have a better Relationship with Myself
To have the Love and Respect for me
To slow the Anti-Aging process
To Look Sharp
How I Stay Motivated:
After training, I just want to reward myself with treats, but instead I consume plain foods. It's hard choice. To stay focus on my goal, I listen to Tony Robbins, and Jim Rohn motivational programs. Receiving positive comments from friends on bb.com, and a good friend of mine (Kitjai26) are my source of motivation to continue Pressing ON.

Just trying on muscle t-shirt, motivating myself to eat healthy and exercise from now till the end of 2008.
New Year Eve was fun, I attended a house party, have a few mixed drinks and met up with a few friends. At the party, I felt confidence about my physical body, and myself. Sad, but it was the first time I have a date, a kiss on New Year Eve, which make it extra special to me. My...
Dude, how long have you been dieting and lifting?. I 've been doing it for 8 months but not seeing massive results. Does diet play an important role?. I never watch what I eat, but I eat alot and lift heavy. You do any abs exercises?

Bench pressing people are A LOT harder than I thought. I thought that since I could easily bench over 100 lbs that I could bench my fiance. She only weighs about 100 lbs. So I had her sit on my shoulders/back while I did some push ups. But MAN, that was A LOT harder than I thought it'd be.
