I always had a strong love for weight training. I have been involved in sports from a very young age. Football, basketball, track, and wrestling are a few sports that LT participated in as a child. In my second year in high school, I worked in a fitness center in Baltimore, MD. This is when I realized that I had to pursue a career in personal training. I attended Salisbury University and graduated in 2003 with a BS in Exercise Science. I currently owns a personal training studio in Baltimore, MD called LT Personal Training.
In December 2006 a few people told me that I should compete in a bodybuilding competition. I didn't know anything about natural bodybuilding, nor had I ever been to a competiton. So, I started preparing in January 2007. Thus far, I have competed in 6 bodybuilding competitions. I placed first in my class in 5 of the 6. I also competed in 2 fitness challenges.
Why I Love It:
I love to stay fit. I love helping people stay active. I started competing in bodybuilding to network and build my business.
How I Stay Motivated:
Preparing for a show. Looking at other great physiques. Asking God to help me and guide me. Seeing Natural Pro Body Builders like
(Will Usher, Doug Miller, & Kareem Petteway, & Rod Coleman). That definitely motivates me.
BB Accomplishments:
Placed first place in my class in five out of six shows in one year. This was my first year competing

Goal (Long):
My long term goal is to Finish my book, Loving YOU, And Your Hair Too. I also plan to travel across the country speaking to various organizations, groups, & companies.
Living healthy is a lifestyle and I want to motivate, encourage, and assist others with being healthy.
I planned on not working out at all this week but I could help but to workout today. I felt great. I had plenty of energy compared to when I was dieting of course. It felt great to get it in today. I do a lower body workout.
After the show this weekend I may do another 1 nov 8th. If not than ill just try and build up as much size as possible for next year. I really need to diet and train better to get in the best contest shape. Man I wish I had a training partner to help push me at the moment.
