Always was athletic and worked out but need to step it up... 40 is just around the corner and I want to be the best I've ever been. Also, had my 3rd child back in May 07 and want to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight.

Always had strong legs and good calves... apparently inherited since my moms legs are amazing.
this was taken very early in the morning the day before the end of the challenge. I see ab muscles under that layer of fat!

hey eating has been good but have been struggling to get in workouts. had my cheat day on wed. doritos chips, I know don't remind me. goal for this week no cheat day.

Hello Ms..LoveJones! Yes..I'm keeping clean..just barely today. A LOT of temptations today! Didn't drink enough water.. :( So far this week I'm down 2 lbs. Not as much as I would have liked, but I've got to figure out these portion sizes a little better...And..in about 3 days I won't be quite so bloated.. ;)..if you get my drift..ha. So..Yes...I'm good and hopefully this next week will make a huge leap!

nope, not yet. sept. 20th i'll be a mrs.!! :-) just trying to train as much as possible while planning a wedding/moving... so i'm not where i'd like to be as far as competition goes, but that'll come once i'm settled. how r u?????
