I try to do cardio about one day a week (I know...I need to do more). This week I changed it up and did the following:
The three exercises are done consecutively without any rest in between for a period of 25 minutes:
jump rope - 1 minute
45 lb. kettlebell swings - 25 reps
jump rope...

Going great. I am finally putting on weight. I am getting much stronger, and really learning about how to set up my routines. I am trying to break into powerlifting and really driving up my three big lifts. I am going to bulk for three more months, and try to be around 170 lbs at 12% BF by April 1st.
