I have developed almost perfect body symetry and a lean body. I am looking forward to learn from everyone here and exchange ideas to improve my level of fitness.
I have been in the service for 18 years, I try my best to work out regardless the situation, adversities. During the deployments there is always lack of gym equipment and that is when you have to improvise in order to achieve your goals. I have found CROSSFIT an alternate way to accomplished my workouts.
I combine CROSSFIT and weight lifting to improve and maintain my physical fitness levels. The Hight Intensity Training is an awesome workout method, if you want to loose fat fast and if you do not have too much time.

Why thank you Mr. I'm going to help a friend move. I guess it is a great workout so I don't mind. Plus I will be really sweating my ass off seeing they wanted to wait until now. HOT OUT!! A-holes
