20% SHOULD BE COMING BY OCTOBER 15TH I HAD A LITTLE BIT OF A SET BACK.
I have always been active. Around november of 2006 I stopped working out and I dont even remember why. I ended up gaining about 45 pounds, which got me to around 250 pounds, 34% body fat, and 43.75 inch waist. my flat stomach left my muscles were hidden and I was overall looking like a fat boy. I was in the worst shape of my life. February of 2008 I began cutting now I am back to 200 pounds, 22% body fat, and 36.75 inch waist (wrote this 5/7/08). I am open to any comments, advice, or motivation.
Why I Love It:
I enjoy the lifestyle and it keeps me focused!!
How I Stay Motivated:
my results keep me motivated.
BB Accomplishments:
Realizing the importance of diet. I figure for my cutting I run 50 min a day and workout about 35-45 min a day, 5 days a week. thats only 1 1/2 hours per day. That means there are 22 1/2 hours left in the day for me to eat. That is why diet is so important.

5/7/08 12 weeks of hard work.
Going to the Bahamas now!! Once I get back My goal is to get to 15% bodyfat. currently at 22%

You are too kind. Summer is tough as it seems that the heat just drags the motivation out of you. Happened to me last summer. This summer I was better about staying on track.
Hey man read your profile. I am currently 241-245lbs. I was wondering what all your doing for workouts/cardio? I would love to be down aroudn 210, just wondering what you do to see if it woudl be something i could do. Nice work!!
wednesday, saturday, and sunday. which are my low carb days, I do HIIT cardio in the mornings. has really been helping. the other days, my weight routine days, I do a bit of cardio occasionally. I'm bumping it up tommorow though.
