Training is rely good. I have jusyarted a new suplement . It is an HGHR and I have increased my lifting by at leaste 25 LB or more in some things. I Feel GREAT. hOW ARE YOU DOING?

A little slow rihgt now. Tropical storm that wont go away and not to mention the economy. But I am sure it will pick up. On a personal note I have changed a few things in my own training and hav got some unexpcted results. How bout You?

Hey there - training is going well, however I have to put on some more size before my next comp. It's hard because I am so lean all year round and I hate feeling "chunky" :). How's your training going?

I think the summer has gone remarkably well, I've been lifting a lot of weights the last month and I'm feeling a lot stronger heading back into this school year than I did last year.
training is going well...soreness is setting in slower than usual so I am sll torn up right now and completely thrown off by it bc its like 3 days later but....good! You?
Its going pretty well! I convinced myself finally after two months to start doing squats and deadlifts (: I haven't been doing so much cardio... I'm sure my knees are thanking me for cutting back on the running.
