How I Started: my wife got me a membership to the gym in our town hoping i wouldnt drink so much beer.
Why I Love It: i feel better about my self and have alot more energy
How I Stay Motivated: i read bodybuilding flex and muscle and fitness and really get motovated to get bigger.
BB Accomplishments: in 14 months my bench press went from 225 to 350 and ive lost 50 pounds of fat.

A little slow rihgt now. Tropical storm that wont go away and not to mention the economy. But I am sure it will pick up. On a personal note I have changed a few things in my own training and hav got some unexpcted results. How bout You? LC

I think the summer has gone remarkably well, I've been lifting a lot of weights the last month and I'm feeling a lot stronger heading back into this school year than I did last year.

Its going pretty well! I convinced myself finally after two months to start doing squats and deadlifts (: I haven't been doing so much cardio... I'm sure my knees are thanking me for cutting back on the running.
