Rachel McLish has always been my idol (now I'm aging myself...lol) Ever since I saw her on the cover of Muscle & Fitness Magazine I've been interested in bodybuilding. Over the years I have never had any goals, just go to the gym, lift weights and try to stay in shape. Never really ate proper or took supplements when I was supposed to.
Well it's time for me to finally achieve my goals and get serious. I started the Body For Life Challenge in April and I want to transform my body from just an average fit body to a hard rock, kick ass body.
Why I Love It:
It keeps me strong and healthy and I feel great after.

All of my friends on BB.com keep me motivated and I love to help others achieve their goals too.
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Pulled my hamstring about 2 1/2 years ago. I was stretching between sets and I actually heard it pop. I couldn't walk for weeks because my leg wouldn't extend forward. It took months for it to heal and actually stopped doing legs after that. I just started doing a regular leg workouts 5 weeks ago (mostly due to laziness!) What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
Not warming up properly and not doing the exercise properly.

You and me both on building the back side! I want more mass back there and some roundness. I lean out and i LOSE all of the little booty i have. SUCKS! ITs like hello miss flatbooty.
