I'm pretty happy with my physique now and have always been a pretty healthy eater. Until October 26th, I am going to further improve my dieting and focus harder in the gym. I have constructed a new workout program I am going to follow and stick with no matter what and see where it leads me. I would love to make a serious change that will drop jaws and inspire others. I will be documenting every meal/snack/exercise/ and time between now and October 26th. Hopefully I will be successful and then help others. Cross your fingers for me =)
What is your favorite cardiovascular exercise? Why?
I use to like the elyptical machines, but I now stick with the good ol' treadmill.

What is your cardio exercise plan?
I only do high intensity training (HIT).
I do 5 min warm up
1 Min sprint
2 Run (on a scale from 1-10 about a 6-7)
1 Min sprint
2 Min Run
1 Min sprint
2 Min Run
1 Min sprint
2 Min Run
1 Min sprint
2 Min run
1 Min sprint
2 Min run
(total of six sets and a total of 28 minutes)
and then a 5 min cool downI only do high intensity training (HIT).
