Main Goal: Transform My Body
Goal (Short): I want to be "cut!!"
Goal (Long): I'm pretty happy with my physique now and have always been a pretty healthy eater. Until October 26th, I am going to further improve my dieting and focus harder in the gym. I have constructed a new workout program I am going to follow and stick with no matter what and see where it leads me. I would love to make a serious change that will drop jaws and inspire others. I will be documenting every meal/snack/exercise/ and time between now and October 26th. Hopefully I will be successful and then help others. Cross your fingers for me =)
Weight Goal: I want to LOSE 10 lb
Bodyfat Goal: 6%

I use to like the elyptical machines, but I now stick with the good ol' treadmill.

Whats up Gary?....You can read my blogs and check my videos out for some info...Just to let you know, you got a great foundation for some muscle! Wide shoulders and good traps..and your arms looks thick too...Its all about diet though...Get back at me with any ?'s
