looked in the mirror one day and realized i want a 6-pack. lol took me about a month to get it. But I had to do leg lifts and situps everyday or so for about 15min a day.
Why I Love It:
It raises my self confidence on and off the soccer field
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by wanting to better myself, and not settling for less than i can do.
BB Accomplishments:
getting a 6-pack in a month; losing body fat, and changing my diet to healthy organic foods. (that makes a huge difference).
I want to gain more muscle in my chest and tone my arms
Goal (Long):
my current goal is to tone my arms. I'm not sure how to do that, being that i don't go to a gym. (any advice would be appreciated).
After that, i want to work to get that model body, so i can make some money on the side. I'm not sure what my body fat % is, but i'd like to get it to around 7-8%.
