I will eat cleaner, and I will train to reach my goals.
Goal (Long):
Finally stop talking, and start doing. Reasons or Results. I have always wanted to be a personal trainer and help others, put all that I'm learning into play.
I train 3 to 4 days a week from 5:30am to 6:30am. I wake up at 5am to get ready. I want to eat something, should I wait and eat after my workouts, I also enjoy drinking a protein shake after I'm done. I usually mix it up, cardio & weights. I'm trying to eat alot smarter, and increase my...
It definitely took some time to get used to. In regards to eating...I usually just down a protein shake to get something on my stomach. When I get to work I'll eat a real meal (egg whites and oatmeal). I should probably eat complex carbs before my workout but I'm doing pretty good to find my keys and get out the door so simplicity is my friend. Good luck with your goals and thank you!
i read your blog saying that you want to eat in the morning well somthing you can do is eat a couple spoonfulls of peanut butter and wash it down with milk and that with have the protiens and fats not only to help build muscle but wake your body up and start working
Thank you! Still working on it, damn glutes need to come on and GROW! I kill them pretty hard in the gym and they are sore at least once a week. I guess i have to be patient.
