How I Started: i started when ive seen that friends are getting bigger but not natural, so i thought, ler me see what i can do natural....and of course how could it be else, watching arnolds movies.
Why I Love It: man once u start u just love it, dont know why.
How I Stay Motivated: Looking at arnolds pumping iron video when i dont feel like working out.

My son is fabulous! Like I said, he gets me going through the day. Did you get the caliper? The results are usually better when someone else measures your bodyfat with those things. Have you tried the BIA to get bodyfat? It may be a little easier to measure, but I am not sure about accuracy. Still, you won't have to do all of those pinch tests.

Instead of the 2 protein shakes I was taking I eat one chicken breast in place of one & a big bowl of cottage cheese in the place of the other. -Ken

Hmm, well I have seen the competition. Maybe I will consider it, but I need the right pics to submit. I have seen a few and they have "the whole package"..Still, I may do it after I take some pics and see. How are you doing? Any closer to the single digits? How are you getting your bodyfat measured?

ich glaube langsam das ich durch Lipo6 mehr Masse hab als vorher.. haha.. im ernst... nun ja.. ich wiege mich zwar nie, aber nur mal aus jucks gewogen.. naja... habe 5 Kilo mehr auf der Waage als sonst.. o.k. o.k. ich nehme an es sind Mukkis!! hoffe ich mal.. mein Rücken sieht bald so aus wie der von meinem bruder.. haha.. ich muss nur mein Bodyfat reduzieren.. scheiße echt.. das zeug is ja mal hartnäckig... wie gehts bei dir?? zervuzle... :) XOXO

Yep, comp was rough. No supplements for a while. It's good to lay off supplements every now & then to cleanse your body. I don't think supplements can compare to eat healthy. Most people just don't have the time to get all those meals but that's my plan for the next 6 weeks. -Ken

No worries. For comps I limit my carb meals to 2 a day. Oats for breakfast and 2-3 hours later I'll have some cous cous or rice with tuna/chicken. Then thats it for the day. Outside of comps I tend to not eat carbs from late afternoon on (unless I'm training in the avo and needs a carb meals after). If you do your cardio mmake sure you have your heart rate in a fat burning range as opposed to cardio.

Watch the carb intake fella and only fat burning cardio. Hoping to be down at 2% for next Saturdays show, bring on that transperant skin. Keep up the good work
