i started when ive seen that friends are getting bigger but not natural, so i thought, ler me see what i can do natural....and of course how could it be else, watching arnolds movies.

this is just too much bodyfat

My son is fabulous! Like I said, he gets me going through the day. Did you get the caliper? The results are usually better when someone else measures your bodyfat with those things. Have you tried the BIA to get bodyfat? It may be a little easier to measure, but I am not sure about accuracy. Still, you won't have to do all of those pinch tests.
Hmm, well I have seen the competition. Maybe I will consider it, but I need the right pics to submit. I have seen a few and they have "the whole package"..Still, I may do it after I take some pics and see. How are you doing? Any closer to the single digits? How are you getting your bodyfat measured?

Yep, comp was rough. No supplements for a while. It's good to lay off supplements every now & then to cleanse your body. I don't think supplements can compare to eat healthy. Most people just don't have the time to get all those meals but that's my plan for the next 6 weeks.

No worries. For comps I limit my carb meals to 2 a day. Oats for breakfast and 2-3 hours later I'll have some cous cous or rice with tuna/chicken. Then thats it for the day. Outside of comps I tend to not eat carbs from late afternoon on (unless I'm training in the avo and needs a carb meals after). If you do your cardio mmake sure you have your heart rate in a fat burning range as opposed to cardio.
Watch the carb intake fella and only fat burning cardio. Hoping to be down at 2% for next Saturdays show, bring on that transperant skin.

My weight doesn't matter. I'm only concerned with the look. I probably won't even get on the scale again until the comp. How's everything going with you?
