This was last summer. Last summer, for God's sake! I was well over 210lbs and felt fat. Although most told me it was a big build ... come on. It wasn't saggy but still.
This is me at 8% BF and dropped around 35lbs. Thank God! Now all I need is 6-pack abs!
Not sure why, but part of what I wrote got screwed up. So here's the second part:
There's these two guys at my gym, younger guys in their early to mid twenties, that are sort of an inspiration to me. Good guys and always willing to share some info. You can see Mike's bodyspace under...
Thanks for stopping by my profile and taking the time to comment on and rate one of my pics. I appreciate it very much! You're looking GREAT yourself! ;)
Thank you very much for leaving me those great words. I am honored to receive them and will do my very best to continue to live up to them. I wish you nothing but success and know that you will continue to stay strong, focused and determined.
Hey thanks and good luck on your efforts to compete. My bf came in around 8-10% depending upon the type measure used. I probably will try to get it down to 6% next year. Practice the mandatory poses regularly--that's a workout in itself and keep consistent with your workout schedule and remember to mix it up. Don't ignore the legs. Its a lot to cover, but you've got a whole year to prepare. Rick.
