Now that school's back in, it's hard to eat every 2- 3 hours and lunch is about 20 minutes. When you take away the little jobs I have to do then, too, I end up just stuffing food down on the run some days. End up being extra hungry, so I eat crap on the drive home. Even drinking lots of water is a task, since I can't get to the washroom when I need. At 46, the ole bladder can't hang on as long.
you have no idea how good it is to hear someone else say they are gaining weight. I thought I was the only one in that boat. i definitely have to get it together and start losing.

Not badly, J. Seeing increases in the weight I can move. Being more deliberate about neg. reps. Trying to end a set with lighter weight and higher reps. Slowing down, too, so there's less momentum. Still needing to work on diet, though. Because I was "husky" growing up, I'm cautious about eating too much, but now I not eating enough.
You have made an awesome transformation, the same type I would like to make. What is your average meal plan like? I hope to get my pic up soon. Any suggestions from you would be helpful,thanks.
