What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Shoulder, had problems for a long while. Finally pain free for the most part low that i've built up strength and improved mobility and joint health. What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
ego (trying to use too much weight) and poor form.
My worst bodypart, and it is used as a lead in to an article. Too Funny.

Been thinking about it but need to add some additional muscle first. Going to start a bulking phase in Septemeber. BTW, you look totally awesome. Hope to be close to you in a few years
I've been focusing on my form a lot lately, and sticking with basic compound movements. Trying to cross some strength hurdles that I can't seem to get past. It's great though, 'cause I'm seeing strength gains while keeping my form! Also, I've recently raised my food intake -- not a complete 'dirty' bulk necessarily, but close to it. Just trying to get bigger!!!
