I have always been a healthy person, even as a kid growing up. I got tired of being the skinny kid though. I was teased a lot for being so skinny and small, so I picked up some mags when I was younger and started throwin up that iron! Ever since then I've been addicted, but got real serious October 2006. I wanted to be the best I could be. I am a 100% natural, and plan on staying natural for the rest of my life. One life, drug free.
Why I Love It:
After every rep and set you feel like a million bucks. You feel like you accomplished something once you step out of that gym after a grueling 2 hour workout. I have made this a part of my life, and look forward to helping others achieve their health and fitness goals.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated through seeing results through my hard work, compliments, and my beautiful wife who goes to the gym with me everyday. We push and support eachother 100%. All Natural, Drug Free.

Goal (Long):
I want to be a sucessful personal trainer, business man, and example for others. Helping others achieve their health and fitness goals!..and possibly owning my own gym someday..
I usually stick within the 10-12 range..This seems to work great for me. If I am reaching 12 reps without a struggle, then I know it's time to bump up the weight.

How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
I will usually rest about 40 seconds. I like to keep the intensity going, I won't rest more than that..this keeps me pumped and focused without resting too long and thinking too much..

What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
I watch training videos, bodybuilding videos, and blast the music loud!!! This gets me pumped up and ready to train!!!
A couple days ago I wrote to Controlled Labs and told them how much their supplements have helped me achieve my goals. Out of all of the supplements I have ever tried, Controlled Labs gives me exactly what I need to make it through every workout! They have a very effective supplemental line...
Amazing results! You mention high protein, moderate carb and low fat diet. Any idea of percentages? I just started a high fat mod. pro and very low carb (metabolic) diet. Thoughts?
Got damn man, I don't think I ever seen abs as defined as yours. I've been working months on my abs while eating practically no fat, and I can't see any progress. How do you do it???
That's a long time to sit for a tat and in such a tender spot too. My foot took 2 hours, I didn't cry but I was sweating up a storm. You guys make a great looking couple. Have a great week!!
