I swear, I can go 2 weeks of good living. Meaning I am eating big, lifting strong, and getting big from this. And then life does it's thing and here comes the week that puts the stop to my progress. I sat down and decided today to add on 4 more weeks of cutting when I start (probably in 2-3...

No, I wasn't able to get in any training. Plus their food is all fried. That is why my goal is to loose some of the vacation weight and get back on track. The trip was pretty amazing though, lack of training aside.

Thanks man, HIIT cardio, moderate cardio, and HIIT cardio, I've been killing myself doing it. Are you still competing this September? I haven't heard any updates. How are things going for you? Hope I'll be seeing you a few weeks.
