Hey man!how are you? Training is okay right now. I have put on a bit of fat by eating more so I can gain some more muscle before I start strict dieting again. I'm not much for a super clean bulk:) I like to have about 3 heats per week. oh well. How is your training coming?

Motivation and Dedication. All the charts said I could max at 242 lbs bench press. My goal was 250lbs. I put up 265 lbs! Training does pay off.
