"All things come through the Lord. I will build this body unto him and his glory and see where he takes me. Ive said in the past God made me, so there is no limit."
All things come through the Lord. I will build this body unto him and his glory and see where he takes me. Ive said in the past God made me, so there is no limit.
Goal (Long):
I have God first in my life, then my family. I also work, so bodybuilding is way down on the list of what my life is. God is moving tremendously in my life, I can feel it. Im scared to know what that truly means. But at the same time I am willing to abide his will and do his work.
If I can have the strength in my heart that the Lord gives, then bodybuilding will be an allmost secondary thought that will make me change physically, but it will also help me improve mentally. I have always had low self esteem, not this time around folks. Time to see what these old bones and tissues can handle. I know I can push through pain like it isnt there. I can eat anything, I have no tatse for food anymore. I dont drink, so the focus will be so tight.
This will be easy.
All Glory is to God,
All glory comes through Jesus.
The other things in my life of course will be the worthy pursuits. I have faith in God.
My life will be OK, so Im starting to live it again.
I feel like im learning everything again for the first time, almost reborn. If you knew me, youd understand.
wow the Colorado NPC in Denver is Saturday night, anyone going? I seriously would love to meet people there !!! I am contemplating going, guest poser Tony Freeman? I want to see that dude
That's the spirit man! Keep coming back at it, roll when you have to, but keep those workouts going! I know exactly how you feel being bumped off your workout schedule. But never let 'em stop you completely.
thanks man, the way i photograph my shoulders seem to stand out, but they are symetrical to the rest of me.. i hear ya on the rotators def not easy.. but i wish u the best of luck my man
That last layer of fat is the toughest, for sure. But stay at it hard. Work heavy, at a reasonably fast pace (short breaks between reps and exercises), keep the cardio going as well, and keep the food portions down (and still no junk!) as well. At some point it will sort of melt away quickly, but you have to hit that breaking point. It will happen, but it does require patience an perserverance.
Wow, you have come a long, long way. Of course it will work! It's tried, true, and proven over and over again. It just takes time and patience, and hopefully in the end it becomes your new and healthy lifestyle.
There is no secret....you have to get in about 7 meals a day and get about 1 to 1 1/2 gm of protien per lb of body weight.....that should do the trick.
hey!
i may have new pics this weekend- as im doing a photoshoot at my gym..should be fun! and i hope i get some great shots too!!! :) doing strength trainin right now tho- so no 'new' growth... at least not that i can see... here's to hoping!! :)
The biggest thing to look at would be the diet.I'm sure you've heard that before but it is a huge part in getting lean and staying that way.Shoot me a pm if you have any questions!
