Got tired of seeing myself in the mirror. I wanted to get back to the shape that I was in earlier.
Why I Love It:
It helps me to sort through my problems and gets rid of the personal stress of dealing with others problems daily.
How I Stay Motivated:
Look at myself in the mirror and see the progess or lack there of and hit the gym. Also, seeing the guys on this site and wanting to accomplish what they have.

I am 197 and have been working out for 3 months. I have not lost any weight but body fat.
I have found that with my body less is better. I was working out about 2 hours daily but lately I have only been working out about 1 hour 4 times a week and seem to be doing better. I think eating clean is the total key. Also, reading mags help me with more advanced techniques. I have...
I try to get to bed around 9 but never seems to work..lol!! Yeah, get up to workout. To me it is the only time to really get a good workout in with kids.
Lots of archery, lol! Seriously, I don't have a dedicated shoulder routine. I usually do clean and press rather then dedicated overhead, engage more muscle groups. Lat and delt raises are worked in on back night. My shoulder easily hurt more then any other body part when I do bench, flys, etc on chest night. Not real sure, can just always feel them working? -CK
The ribs werent really all that bad. If you could take the stomach, the ribs are a cake walk.
I am able to make it in 3-4 times a week. the majority of the time is spent on upper body, my friend and i will probably get something down set in stone to follow here this next weekend.
nope just graduated in June! couldnt have asked for a better start.
Yeah, obviously the stomach is worse than the ribs, but it took quite a while just for the outline. So we will see after shading.
Yeah i had some junk...I was unable to resist! but I got back on track the next day:) so not too much damage. As long as its not too often, a little chocolate wont mess up your goals too much.
