I was diagnosed with Menieres Disease in 2004. It's debilitating vertigo. It put me in a severe state of depression. I was on Meclazine and living like a zombie. I weighed 111 Lbs. and looked like anorexia. When i finally snapped out of it I took part in Lee Labrada's 12 week Lean Body Challenge. Much to my suprise I placed 3rd in the 40-49 age group. The contest started in Feb and ended in April. I went on to enter a NABBA show at the end of the Labrada Challenge (was a dare) and I placed 2nd in the Womens Masters and 2nd in the Open Class. well thats all it took for me, i have been addicted to bodybuilding since then. Now to compete in the Nationals on Oct 6 this year. I am hoping to place in the top 3. Then its onto the biggest goal ever,to win the Nationals when i am 54.

Hey Mary,
doing good here, My wife has a personal trainer, so what ever she learns I get to learn it from her. Though I work swing shift, it is hard to get up early and work out. How are things on your end??

Can I share my thoughts with you?
Everything that comes into your life comes in for a reason. It is important to not create any resistance towards what ever it me me. Let it flow and be in alignment with what the universe has planned for you.
Create an awesome day

Thank you for stopping by and for your wonderful birthday wishes. Yes, as of Saturday I turned 60 and officially became a senior citizen. I guess it’s now time to bring out the rocking chair and begin sitting on the porch and yelling at the youngsters as they walk by my house. Ha,that will be the day. I have never felt better or have been in as good of shape as I am now and I sure ain’t ready for no rocker. Stay strong, focused and determined.
