THis is about one year in. I see growth. Nothing to write home about, though!  Okay, so a front view is required. This doesn't look like I've been to the gym AT ALL! Man, I'm discouraged, but I know what the problem is--Wendys!

What type of person at your gym annoys you the most? Why?
Lifters who don't step away from a weight rack before their set so that others can get to the weights they need, too.

Squash! No doubt! It's fast, fun, a tremendous cardio workout and a great place to trash talk your buddies (all good natured, of course!)

It's been a few weeks.  Moved to two week phsio visits--got an "okay" to begin using my arm again, smartly.  "Smartly" and "me" don't generally work well.  

Diet's not been great--it's Halloween week at school--treats are floating...

I have never messed with rest times much. During cutting, I keep moving at a much faster pace than the 5x5 program. I don't time anything though.

yeah man, you have no problem floating in it, the problem is you cannot stay in it for longer than 15 minutes...it gets overwhelming

He throws that tire around pretty well also. When he was just 14 a few buddies were working the tire over. Both guys around 340 pounds. After one of 'em had to stop and puke I had my son finish flipping the tire for him...HUMBLING!!! LOL
