THis is about one year in. I see growth. Nothing to write home about, though!

It's been a few weeks. Moved to two week phsio visits--got an "okay" to begin using my arm again, smartly. "Smartly" and "me" don't generally work well.
Diet's not been great--it's Halloween week at school--treats are floating...

He throws that tire around pretty well also. When he was just 14 a few buddies were working the tire over. Both guys around 340 pounds. After one of 'em had to stop and puke I had my son finish flipping the tire for him...HUMBLING!!! LOL
