Gym Location:

When I Started:
1987
How I Started:
At age 14(yes!), I was the lithe athletic girl at 105lbs, so off to the school weight room I went! Then, at age 16, I joined my first health club, worked there, did my cycling accident rehab there, then managed there!..I was hooked!
I realized at an early age, that the consistent weight-training helped me maintain my leanness and complemented my other varsity sports!
From training and competing in figure skating and dance from the age of six, I learned the self-discipline, sacrifice, and dedication that serves me well to this day.
With over 20 years of athletic and dance training and competition experience, I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to share with my corporate groups, my clients, the wonderful people here on bb.com, and people who want to be the very best that they can be!
Why I Love It:
As a Pro-Trainer, Fitness
SpokesModel,Figure competitor, running my media&fitness company along with our Nitrix BootCamp, bodybuilding has provided me with thy ideal outlet to continue competing, share my passion for health& fitness, and helping others transform their bodies and their lives!
There is always room for improvement!
Competing comes naturally for me, whether it's running marathons&1/2 marathons,10kms,triathlons,obstacles,ska ting comps or bodybuilding..It's all the same to me! A few competitions a year keeps me completely motivated to train hard year round&improve my performance every time.
I am first and foremost an artist and designer, then a businesswoman. So for me, bodybuilding is very much an artistic endeavor, a psychological trip, and a daily addiction! Who doesn't enjoy the human physique as a finely built and chiseled sculpture?
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking in the mirror every morning and knowing that there is always room for improvement- the human physique is a scupture! With a few doable changes, I know in what time frame I can accomplish those goals and what my body is capable of doing.
Seeing the immediate physical and psychological improvements&benefits of a more active lifestyle in my clients&groups is major motivation for me to continue what I do!
Luckily, I actually enjoy the dieting and seeing the daily changes in my physique!
BB Accomplishments:
Be a part of my NITRIX ONLINE Fitness Training and Nutritional experience!I Now offering online customized bodybuilding&fitness training programs and nutritional programs for MEN and WOMEN!Just email me at - nitrixtraining@ymail.com for all the details!:)
In 2008, I committed my fitness&running elite training to bodybuilding 100%. As for the past several years I have been running sub-elite in international half-marathons and 10km races and doing bodybuilding! Had to choose just 1!!!
Planning on becoming an IFBB Judge in the USA in 2009!..Lots of comps. to attend in the upcoming year!
