10-12? i get the best burn. but every now and then i do 21s.

2 minutes. anything less and i lose the pump.

I know I love junk too! But I love my abs waaaaaaay more!!! My daughter insisted that we make brownies today! - I'm the mean mommy who rarely makes cookies or bakes because I'LL eat it!!!! So now I have to eat my boiled chicken and smell brownies!
