How I Started: I played football in High School and messed around with lifting but didn't really know what I was doing. I really got into it after I joined the Air Force and started to gain weight.

Main Goal: Lose Fat
Goal (Short): Be under 202 pounds by Jan 11...
Goal (Long): I just want to look great...I want to be around 185 pounds and a 32-33in waist by my 25th Birthday (April 13). Maybe the beginnings of some Abs would be nice too. I'm just tired of people staring at me because I gained weight when I go back home to visit. I want them to stare at me for having a great physique...and what a surprise it would be...I will most likely be flying home next christmas..so I have a year to get as shredded as possible.
Weight Goal: I want to LOSE 25 lb
Bodyfat Goal: 7%

That's for sure. The AF had a lot of exercises when I was there. We would try to time it to where we would hide out at Burger King to try to stay out of it. Best to you in 2009. Thanks for putting together the group profile.

honestly gold standard is the best whey....only one i ever trust...trainings going amazing and im switching up my routin to train for water polo and it seems to give me sum extra size..how's your training goin?

Wicked knee recovery..hows that going for you??? Thanks for the Compliments, LOL...as far as what my students think...Hmmmmmm...i just work their a&* off as much as i do mine when i PT them at 0530...they hate it at first but leading up to graduation, i have em hooked!!!:)

Due to job change and geographic move, I haven't worked out consistently in about a year and I've paid for it. I've lost about 12 lbs. from bad eating and not working out. I got back on here to update my stats and to get things going again. I want to gain 25 lbs by next Summer. How about you?
