Got tired of being fat, out of shape and depressed. I have allowed alcohol and other crap ruin my life and my body. It's time for a change for the better.
Why I Love It:
The two main reasons: my kids. I have a family to take care of, so I need to take care of myself and be around for them as long as I can.
How I Stay Motivated:
See above. Plus, my fellow bodyspace friends help keep me going.
BB Accomplishments:
I just want to live a better life.

This is the body I am not pleased with. I have ballooned up to 170 pounds. I have ruined it with alcohol and other crap. I'm tired of seeing this body and I'm ready for change.
This picture was taken on day 60 of the P90X program.
Without continual growth and progress, such words as improvement, achievement, and success have no meaning.
Goal (Long):
For several years now I have been asking for miracles or easy way solutions to solve all my problems. I finally got my head out of my ass and realized thats not why I was put on this planet. no one or anything is going to give me a mirale or an easy path to life. I need to earn it. I need to earn everything in life. I need to provide others with miracle and problem solutions and not expect them myself. It's time for me to roll up my sleeves, rebuild my life and make my soul stronger. From there, I will do my best to help others find and create a better and stronger life for themselves.
Just as my wife and I were finishing up of first 90 days of the P90X we became sick. We ended being sick for two months with various types of colds, flus and stomach viruses. There was one week when we weren't sick and our son had pneumonia, so there went our opportunity to start...
how did this week treat ya JT?! things are good on my end. doin the am cardio again, eatin clean, no more solo beer parties, blah blah blagh. have a great weekend bradda
It is awesome really my dream was to have a hardcore gym like old school.I have had my own facility for 10 years now but this is the one to stay in ..check it out at theoldschoolgym.com cg
Thanks for being my 1st comment. I was scared to join because i felt i'd be judged by a lot of mass monsters, but now I really need any outside support I can get. Oddly enough, i'm doing P90X! This time though, i'm going to finish the damn thing. I read about your trouble, and that sounds similar to my dilemma, except i've never gotten into phase II. Good luck getting back on track.
P90x is a fatastic program thanks for asking. We (my wife and I) have 6 of our friends on it now. They all work out at our home gym and really love it.
Hey JT, My thanksgiving feast was great and damn did I feast. Through it all, I stuck to my liftin and cardio regimen and still managed to drop another pound. 88 down and 12 more to go! Hope that youre having a great weekend!
Hey JT, I hope that you are havin a great weekend. I saw the mob at the KOP mall on TV today and that place looked crazy! Traffic backed up 5 miles out on Mall blvd. Im glad I decided to hit the gym instead! Have a good one bro!
Hey JT! A belated Happy Thanksgiving to you as well. Since I’ve started school, I’ve realized that I’ve let my friendships slide, and for that I’m sorry. I have 10 more classroom days and two days of finals. Then, I have to wait to find out if I can continue or not into the next semester. I’ve started training with the track team, but I’ve been hampered in my training because of severe shin splints. But the coaches and team members have been very supportive and encouraging.
Hey my mom used to live in Bell California and I have family there in Long Beach. I dont remember the crepe place at the KOP mall but I do remember a store called Outback Adventure. Is that where you got all your shirts from?
