**To, no name mentioned to avoid drama. I know what I am doing here in Atlanta and what the circumstances were, going in. I don't do anything lightly...just so you know. I came to compete, not show up!! If I was concerned about the size of someone I would try to be her clone but guess what?? She's not me either and I'm here to present my muscular package to the judges and it's up to them to decide where I place in this contest as a FEMALE bodybuilder.
The thing that clinched it for me to compete again was *something* I read in NPC instructions to the judges and most recently, on MD radio, Lenda Murray made the same comment. I fit that bill and I know it. I know other women fit that bill too but guess what? I'm here THIS contest is not my end goal but I know I need a NPC National Level certain placing in order to move forward. My goal is the goal that most young girls or women think of when they read the magazines about bodybuilding at the gyms..they aspire to this one spot.. IF they're of that type mindset like I am, to do so. They dream and they fathom, they picture it as they train hard, flexing at home, etc. They do the lat spread and wonder..could I?? Well, I am that girl..that's what happened for me when I started reading the magazines and as I continued weight lifting. I always believed it was possible for me and simply throughout these years I didn't let go of that dream. The difference is, with kids and all, work and play, I'm going for my dream full steam ahead and I really, really believe it is possible. So IF I was concerned about someone else or their size, etc...I wouldn't even be here, I'm not letting someone else's size or package stop me from going for my goals ever and either should anyone else interested in being a bodybuilder, or fitness or figure competitor! Remember that as you get toward the stage.

Why I Love It:
I really enjoy doing a sport that I know with diligence and effort I can improve on and become in better condition with.
I enjoy the personal push to excel, it transfers to other areas of my life.
How I Stay Motivated:
****I have a vision I share below of what I want my body to be like. When I flex, I see it and feel it from the inside out and I'm going to make it happen, naturally and I can because I believe the body does follow the mind.
I only see one direction and I'm keeping that, no matter what.
By keeping my eye on the goal at hand and not letting anyone or anything interrupt my quests while also keeping my priorities straight. Kids first, work, home and training. I believe I can do it all and am working on that process. I keep the vision of what I want with bodybuilding and in life firmly planted in my head. Also, I was raised KNOWING I can do ANYTHING I set up my mind to do and that my possibilities are endless!
I just know, that, "I can."
YOU CAN TOO.

My goal is to be in great condition for my next contest, to be prepared for it including having practiced my mandatories daily now until the show and fine tuning them as I go. My goal is to have a clean individual routine which reflects my hard work
Goal (Long):
I want an 8 pack, full strong biceps, big, thick sweeping quads and hamstrings, wide, rippled thick back, full thick calfs, strong chest, christmas tree, gorgeous shoulders, traps just right for me and overall a strong, muscular and sexy physique, not forgetting high, tight glutes all while staying flexible, youthful and energetic.
I want to have my mandatories down perfectly and have a beautifully choreographed posing routine with music and style that FITS ME nicely. Working out again brought back the joy I found when I first started lifting weights years ago. I've always done well at everything I set my mind to, whether it was good or 'bad'. I believe the body follows the mind and that if I did something once I can do it again and the results will be better than before. My last contest was a wake up call and I'm awake now and have been working hard so that the next results reflect the vision I've had and to make my bodybuildling dreams come true one day. Being of a flower, my name being Lilli, I have this condition..a need to blossom and I don't really think I ever have because of different circumstances which occurred in my life. I was directed to begin again in this sport, not told to but set in this direction. I'm going to go with this and give it my all, train like the boxer who's hungry and I am. I thrive on the support and positive feed back perhaps because for years I had the other. My world powerlifting records were not given to me. My days of being a sprinter did not teach me to merely try to cross the finish line. I'm not trying to just be on stage. Results will reflect my goals I'm hungry to achieve. I'm not worried about someone else and what they look like..I know if I bring MY BEST to the stage that it won't even matter and bringing my best means working harder than ever before at every detail. I thrive with the type coaching of the lone boxer and trainer verbally and mentally pushing me to a peaks daily not met before. Today is a new day with new circumstances present. The encouragement to succeed today is all I need...the will I already have. Flowers need watering and my garden needs tending to. Tend to me.
What supplements do you take immediately before your workout? Why?
Triple shot espresso instead of milk now or sugar, replacing that with flavored protein powder and cinnamon. Favorite is Dave Palumbo's Cherry Vanilla Isolyze with cinnamon. Yum.

What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
I don't want anybody's body but my own to be strong and shapely with hard strong muscles and smooth silky skin glowing, full muscles, well balanced and proportioned for my physique, someone else's biceps on my long arms?? No. Someone else's legs on my hips? No. Someone else's shoulders replacing mine? No. I have the foundation and I'm building from IT.I don't want anybody's body but my own to be strong and shapely with hard strong muscles and smooth silky skin glowing, full muscles, well balanced and proportioned for my physique, someone else's bic...more

Which pro bodybuilder/fitness/figure competitor has the ideal physique? Why?
Which? There are so many with nice hard muscles, smooth clear skin, balance and proportion. Choosing one excludes the others I haven't even seen yet.
Description: Flexing and posing. I am where I needed to be that weekend and happy to be asked to participate in the highlights of the greatest bodybuilding contest of the world, The Olympia. I'm doing what I love to do..interacting with others about bodybuilding, health and fitness while enjoying every second of all of it! That is why I like this video. Thank You for watching this clip of me.
Just dropping by to show the love, and to wish you the best of luck in your comp. You're an amazing athlete Lilli, and I think of you often when I'm working out. Thank you for the inspiration! Now go kill 'em! ;)
OK, it's a little early, but I hope my avi gets you fired up for the comp! I have other friends comepting this weekend too, and I don't want anyone left out this time, you all work way too hard to not get the most enthusiastic support!
Hey, Lilli! Wishing you safe travels and a successful appearance. Your combination of appeal and determination are going to overwhelm the competition. Thanks for being such a heart-racing and gorgeous example.
Hi! Having a great day, but sad 'cause your vid won't play:( I realize that a lot of that amazing hardness and def is diet related as much as training, so you have inspired me to shore that up, it was good but could be better...already notice the difference! As you can see, I'm still working on my posing and symettry...Training is great, getting much closer to my goal. Hope to hear from you soon Lilli:)
