How I Started:
I started lifting for competitive swimming and started becoming more serious and once i quit swimming a year ago I commited myself to bodybuilding and becoming a better me. My dad has had a great influence on my wanting to be a bodybuilder for he has been a lifetime bodybuilder and owned a gym in Brooklyn New york and had Lou Ferrigno work out at his gym and sold equipment to lou's father so he has been a great influence in my life and motivated me to always be fit and be in shape. he's 63 and still looks better than me :)
Why I Love It:
It just its great to go in the gym and all the stress from the day is gone and you can just get pumped up and create a body worth looking at and it just feels amazing to be in shape and live the life i want to live without being held back by any healthy issues.
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking at pictures of other body builders and just working towards my goal of becoming the best i can.

Freshmen year of college my first year of Collegiate Swimming. Wow I look weak.

Goal (Long):
My main goal is to add lean muscle mass whileeee staying at around 6-7% body fat.
Description: I despise cooking egg whites and especially eating them. They really do taste like death to me. So I decided to just skip the cooking/eating part and just drink them raw. I love it!

After my first competition and having dieted for 6-7 hard weeks with cardio and never cheating not even once I went a little crazy after the show for the next 3-4 weeks. This involved eating anything and everything I wanted CAkes, cookies, ice cream, anything sweet and salty i was eating it...
Going pretty well. I had to take some time off. Was sick all last week. I'm back at it, though. For the past two days - I'm sore as hell! Feels great! :) Hoping to be at 100% by next week.

it's kind of a it was bad-ass when i was younger...but i also dead-lifted my ass off as a teenager.it ain't age,i've had a back since i was a kid.but puttin in work made it the way it is.lift hard and grind them babies out.it'll come around..........also most people have no idea how to squeeze the back proprely..that probably has the most to do with it:)-aaron
