Have you ever had a lifting injury?
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Shoulder injury,tendonitis in my elbows, back strain
I stopped the exercises that caused the problem,cut down on the amount of weight and worked on my form.
What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
Trying to lift to much weight which effects their form.
What is the most dangerous weightlifting exercise? Why?
Bench press because people usually try to use alot of weight.

That is what I am doing for now on untill I leave for boot camp.It is about 40 yards,15 yards and 25 incline.I do it for an hour minimum and after that I just run till I feel like quitting then I run one more and then stop.I hope this will undo the holidays and my months of slacking.I know...

I guess you look good for anyone elses standard but I don't like the standard wide back and small waist. I have been trying to tell my husband that but that's the way he wants to look for some reason. I think it's a turn off.

Mdrane keeps mentioning that picture too. I don't know...I have some fatty deposits in places where they need to disappear. Oh, Midg helped me burn off the cinnamon rolls I ate tonight. I think he's getting tired of hanging out with me so my workout wasn't so bad tonight.
