How I Started:
I had always done bodybuilding but I started a family and lost alot of what I had. After I found that my kids were wearing me out I found it time to go back. I was always active as a kid. You know Baseball, track, football, wrestling. Heck I even did a season as a stuntman. (Thats male cheerleader if you didn't know) I even hit the weights as a kid. Back yard, school gym etc. Why did I even get lazy? Good question. No answer.
Why I Love It:
Gives me a place to get away from it all. Well that and I'm seeing my body change every day. Good and bad sometimes. Love to see that muscle grow and grow.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look at my kids and tell myself that this is for them and not for me. I have never really done anything for me. Maybe I should start.
BB Accomplishments:
Back in 2005 I had a personal best of a clean 500 Lbs deadlift. It showed me that a kid with scoliosis can accomplish anything. Now I get to add that I have lost a total of 50 lbs!!!! Where did it all go.

I'm not really sure of the day but I'm sure it is the end of December. This is me at 135 Lbs and living on Ramen Noodles and PB&J. Damn.

Goal (Long):
Just get it right. I'm a firm believer that you get out of it what you put in. Give your 100% effort then realise that you could have given more. Not rocket science here people. Eat right, train right and damn it live right. It will take all of those to see your true potential.
Well what can I say but I have not been in the gym for way to long now. Still hitting the tread mill but to may things keep coming up. The latest was my son last night decided to take a header out of my truck. Good 4 foot fall straight on his head to the pavement. Well there was 5 hours...
LOL..good point..and just to show what a good sport I am, I'm going to knock off one week and set my goal for 9 weeks from now! (sorry I'm not very good at math) LOL
ummm... I was going to do cardio before breakfast but I slept in..LOL (don't tell Vshape) so I'll do it in the afternoon now ;)
Did I say 6 weeks? I don't remember that.. I'm sure it was 7-8 LOL
hey there lenny..i am lovin the gym way more then i ever expected..need to get my diet back on track..but doing pretty good..how r u..how was the holiday and trip back here??

I stacked up my grocery list plan for one month. Got new mags to help me out. Got new supplements and see good results. We both struggle being skinny, but I see you are having great results. Thumbs up matey.
