I got started when I was about 16 years old. My dad joined a Ballys up in my hometown. I became interested, and he let me sign up under him. If it wasn't for him initially signing up, I'm not sure how things would have else turned out.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because it really puts me in a good mood. I consider it "me" time because it's for that one hour/hour and a half that I leave my cell phone in the car, and break away from the electronics, drama and real world.
How I Stay Motivated:
By updating my iPod frequently, browsing BB.com all day long, reading about others' before/after stories, commiting to gym classes.

This is the CLIMAX of my weight. Nearing 180 back in January. This is a picture of a picture, but still shows the nasty chunks.
Woke up and finally took them! I think after BFL my body comp. has definitely changed :)
Well I had a first good week of vacation - now I'm ready to work off all those pieces of pumpkin pie and get some hard core work outs in this next week to start the year off great. I have set a new goal in my headline, and I will have my new work out schedule up tomorrow.
They did fairly well for me but now i'll have to try something from Muscletech since i'm a part of the MT challenge. Hopefully Hydroxycut Hardcore will work just as good.
Thats ok we all need to cheat once in a while. You can do it! Im doing well, Im finally seeing some overall results from doing all this cardio. You can hit your goal no prob. Let me know how you do. Ttys
