How I Started:
Well this may sound rediculous, but it all started for me when my ex-wife and I got seperated. Although I had been working out off and on all through our marrage, it finally took a jump forward then. Since I was already going through some pretty major changes in my life, I figured I would take the challenge of transforming my body and see what level I could take it to.
Why I Love It:
Besides the true passion I now have for bodybuilding, it is such a great feeling to set your mind to a goal and slowly start to see it be achieved. I love the way I feel after training. I'm always in a great mood. I feel energized and just more alive.
How I Stay Motivated:
OF COURSE I sit in front of the computer and read all the articles and watch all the videos that are on Bodybuilding.com!! That right there is HUGE motivation. To see all the others that are as passionate as you are to one thing is a great motivation. Seeing the progress others make just makes you want to push that much harder and put in everything you can to this sport.
BB Accomplishments:
I have none as of yet, BUT I do plan on entering my first amature comp. sometime next year (2008). I just feel I need to get a little more size to me. I want to go in there not just to do it, but to make an impression and grab 1st place...
