I dabbled here and there after high school and got superb "newbie gains". I started again when I decided that I wanted to be a personal trainer.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling of the air pumping in and out of my lungs when I'm doing cardio. I love the feeling of my heart pumping and letting my blood flow freely and powerfully through my veins like a white water river. I like the sight of veins popping out of my skin while I'm lifting.
I feel alive. I feel like a human being was meant to feel.
How I Stay Motivated:
I remember how I looked and felt when I was out of shape. I try to think about my future. I don't want to be a decrepid old man when I'm in my 60's. I want to be like Jack Lalanne and Neil Spruce. If I'm not healthy now, God knows what I'll feel like when I'm a senior citizen. Now that I'm older and more mature, I train and eat with the future in mind. I'm not solely focused on the here and now like I was when I was 20.
BB Accomplishments:
I can give you real time stats as to how many calories I've comsumed so far at any given point in the day!

I love it, usually they dont squeal but they kinda bark like a really big dog, but the sound of inflicting pain on them is so invigoratting, its like getting off to a cumming woman for me :D (Its evil I know) lol
My dad doesnt like killing. So he tries to trick himself into believeing one or two shots is enough, he knows I enjoy destroying things with a passion so he doesnt want me to go "crazy".
No carb day.....YUCK!! That doesn't sound like any fun at all! My day is loaded with carbs...only certain ones though. Why do you do that, if I may ask?
Oh, I have been having clients that can't do pushups start by just leaning into the wall, then progress to using a set of stairs to gradually get horizontal. I missed the obvious, but doing it in a rack is better and allows finer increments...
