When I Started: Jun, 2006
How I Started: I dabbled here and there after high school and got superb "newbie gains". I started again when I decided that I wanted to be a personal trainer.
Why I Love It: I love the feeling of the air pumping in and out of my lungs when I'm doing cardio. I love the feeling of my heart pumping and letting my blood flow freely and powerfully through my veins like a white water river. I like the sight of veins popping out of my skin while I'm lifting.

I feel alive. I feel like a human being was meant to feel.
How I Stay Motivated: I remember how I looked and felt when I was out of shape. I try to think about my future. I don't want to be a decrepid old man when I'm in my 60's. I want to be like Jack Lalanne and Neil Spruce. If I'm not healthy now, God knows what I'll feel like when I'm a senior citizen. Now that I'm older and more mature, I train and eat with the future in mind. I'm not solely focused on the here and now like I was when I was 20.
BB Accomplishments: I can give you real time stats as to how many calories I've comsumed so far at any given point in the day!
Forum Signature: One pill makes you larger & one pill makes you small & the ones that mother gives you don't do anything at all.Go ask Alice when she's 10 feet tall.And if you go chasing rabbits & you know you're going to fall tell them a hookah smoking caterpillar has given you the call. Recall Alice when she was just small.When the men on the chessboard get up and tell you where to go & you've just had some kind of mushroom and your mind is moving low go ask Alice, I think she'll know.

I love it, usually they dont squeal but they kinda bark like a really big dog, but the sound of inflicting pain on them is so invigoratting, its like getting off to a cumming woman for me :D (Its evil I know) lol

Oh, I have been having clients that can't do pushups start by just leaning into the wall, then progress to using a set of stairs to gradually get horizontal. I missed the obvious, but doing it in a rack is better and allows finer increments...
