Serious training started around November of '07 but I was on and off at the gym since I was 18. I've been playing soccer since I was 5 but I was always the chubby kid. Back in 2006, I decided to go back playing soccer and got in touch with my goalkeeper side. I felt I was too slow and prone to injury a LOT. I eventually fractured my right elbow during a diving save so I was out of soccer. I decided to work out my soccer muscles and saw progress (it was all legs and abs exercises that I did and some cardio) so I figured to just go all the way and get into full body training when my arm got better. Been lifting every since. :)
Why I Love It:
It's my sanctuary. It gives me a sense of purpose and focus. Seeing the effects of CONSISTENT training with proper nutrition is mind-blowing!
How I Stay Motivated:
Let's face it... people make fun of fat people. I was the one always singled out and made fun of because of my being overweight. For every rep I make, for every mile I run... I dedicate it to all those who didn't think I can actually change my body and take control of my life.
BB Accomplishments:
Since I play goalkeeper... My own personal accomplishments are building up my soccer muscles. End product: I'm faster, more powerful, less prone to injury, and yes... I'm one of the scariest goalkeepers you'll ever see on the pitch.

Haha No prob. Plateau's happen and suck. If you put as much effort in your Diet as you do your Workout, you will beat the Plateau. If not, Your CNS might need a break (Search 'CNS Fatigue' on BB.com). Transformations like yours I think are amazing. Keep it up bro- I'm sure you'll be pass me up soon haha keep pushin yourself man. Yes I know...today is my first day back to eating healthy and clean, and i did a workout...still need to get some cardio in yet (i hate cardio...lol). I need to refocus and do what is important to me...Thanks for the kind words!
Its a little of both!! Working midnights doesnt help, but i need to get out of my funk!! I am heading home in january for a few weeks so i want to be down some before i head home. I know only i can do this!! NO EXCUSES!! lol
