In 2001 I was 165 lbs. with no muscle whatsoever. I wanted to look and feel better, so started with a barbell and dumbells at home.I didn't know what I was doing & gained lots of mass(fat) but hardly any muscle. I got more serious, and joined a gym last June.
Why I Love It:
Relieves stress. Makes me more confident in everyday life.
How I Stay Motivated:
looking in the mirror, and envisioning how I want to present myself.
To do a clean bulk for the next four months, then start a 5-6 month cut.
My ultimate goal is to reach about 188/193lbs., at 8.5% or less bodyfat,And, work up to 16 inch plus arms. I have a long ways to go!!
I finally got my class schedule on Friday, and made up my new bulking workout schedule yesterday. Unfortunately I'll only have time to do weights 3 times a week, I'll squeeze an extra light cardio in once a week as well.

thanks Jex, yeah i pretty much had to change my whole diet to organic foods and mainly fruits and vegetables. the difference in eating healthy is like jogging and sprinting =)

non existnet...I strained my elbow tendon so nothing upper body and with school almost over, I don't have enough time. Im itching to get back to those weights though, but I also ned to let my body heal. Thanks for asking.
